THE PROCESS
We craft our shaving soaps using the hot process method, which allows us to incorporate premium ingredients like Murumuru Seed Butter, Jojoba Oil, and Apricot Kernel Oil in their raw, unsaponified form. This enhances the soap’s ability to nourish and moisturize your skin.

IMPORTANT NOTE: WE DO NOT RECOMMEND BLOOMING THE SOAP (SOAKING IT WITH WATER BEFORE USE)
For Optimal Lather and Maximum Performance:
- Load your brush by swirling it on the soap’s surface for approximately 10 seconds to pick up the perfect amount of product.
- Create lather in a bowl or directly on your face, gradually adding water as needed.
This soap lathers quickly and effortlessly. Incorporating more water increases the lather’s density and enhances its creamy, buttery texture, ensuring excellent cushion and slickness for a superior shaving experience.
The CORTEX X Base lather has exceptional water retention, allowing you to customize its consistency according to your preference. Do not hesitate to add more water for optimal hydration and performance.
Scent Strength Indicator
The Scent Meter Label on the bottom of the jar represents the fragrance strength once lathered, rather than the scent straight from the container.
